Itinerary

The exact timing varies with group size and conditions, but the shape of the day is consistent.

Morning — Departure from the pier after breakfast. The boat heads south toward the An Thới archipelago, where the reefs sit in calm, relatively sheltered water. Travel time is around 45–60 minutes.

At the reef — The first activity is typically fishing. The crew set up hand lines and simple rods. Reef species here include snappers, groupers, and various smaller reef fish. It is not trophy fishing — the point is the experience and the setting, not the size of the catch.

Snorkelling session — The boat anchors over a clear section of coral. Masks, fins, and vests are handed out. The reef around An Thới has a mix of hard and soft corals, with clownfish, damselfish, and other reef species visible in the shallower sections. No diving experience is required — basic swimming is enough.

Lunch on board — Vietnamese seafood prepared by the crew or brought from shore. Simple, fresh, and satisfying after a morning on the water.

Afternoon — A second round of fishing or snorkelling, depending on what the group prefers. The pace is unhurried. There is time to sit on deck, watch the water, and do as much or as little as you like.

Return — The boat heads back to the pier in the late afternoon.
