What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Tell us your flight — we will hold your room or your luggage at no charge whenever we can.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes — 150,000 VND per trip. Phú Quốc airport is about 25 minutes from Luna Oriental. Send us your flight number and we will be there with your name.
Is breakfast included?
No — breakfast is not included in the room rate. But there are several local cafés within a 2-minute walk, and we are happy to recommend our favourites for coffee, bánh mì, or a slow Vietnamese breakfast.
Why book direct? Do you offer a best rate guarantee?
Yes. Booking direct on lunaoriental.com is always the lowest price — lower than Booking.com, Agoda, or any OTA. You also pay no commission, can pay at the hotel (no card needed), and stays of 7 nights or more get an automatic 10% discount.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night is charged. No deposit required when you book direct — you only pay at the hotel.
Do I need a credit card to book? Can I pay at the hotel?
No credit card needed. When you book direct, you pay at the hotel on arrival — cash (VND or USD) or bank transfer both work. Booking through an OTA may require a card; booking with us does not.
Can I rent a motorbike or car at the hotel?
Yes. Motorbike rental is 150,000 VND/day. Car rental (with driver, on request) is 1,000,000 VND/day. International driving licence not required for motorbikes used short-term on the island.
How far is the beach and the night market?
Bãi Trường beach is about 700 m — a 7-minute walk straight through Sonasea. The Bãi Trường night market and Sunset Sanato are roughly 5 minutes by motorbike, or a pleasant 20-minute walk along the sea.
Is there a long-stay discount?
Yes — stay 7 nights or more and you get 10% off automatically. The discount shows up on the booking page when you select your dates. Stays of 2 weeks or more can be negotiated further — just message us.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No pets and no smoking inside the rooms or building — Luna Oriental is a small house and we want every guest to wake to fresh air. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside.
